Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Mini Vacuum and Car Accessories, including orders placed via Google Shopping listings and YouTube product links. We are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Does not match the description or images shown
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
  • Does not meet acceptable quality standards

These rights apply regardless of the platform used to purchase (including Google Shopping or YouTube).

3. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the fault or damage
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned outside the return window without prior approval

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our store's contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our return authorisation and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
  4. Refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Google Shopping & YouTube Orders

All orders originating from Google Shopping ads or YouTube product links are fulfilled directly by us and are subject to this policy. Google and YouTube are not responsible for processing returns or refunds.
